TORONTO, ON (Marketwired – November 18, 2015) – IBI Group Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX: IBG) today announced that it will redeem in cash all of its 5.75% unsecured subordinated convertible debentures at principal of $20 million due June 30, 2017 (the “Debentures”) in accordance with the terms of the Debentures.

The Debentures will be redeemed by the Company on December 18, 2015, at principal of $1,000 each, plus accrued and unpaid interest of $26.78 up to but excluding the redemption date.

The Company has sent a notice to CIBC Mellon Trust Company, as trustee, under the trust indenture dated as of September 30, 2009 between the Company and CIBC Mellon Trust Company.

Beneficial holders of debentures should contact their investment dealer if they have any questions about the redemption. The interest upon the principal amount of debentures called for redemption will cease to be payable from and after the redemption date.

Holders of the debentures may also refer to the Trust Indenture dated as of September 30, 2009 and the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of April 28, 2010.
